Profile and account security

Display name, phone and email changes and password changes all live in Profile. Every sensitive action asks for verification.

Every role has access and can change their own display name (1 to 32 characters).

Changing phone or email

The main account can bind or change phone and email. The verification code goes to the new number or new address, and is submitted together with your current password. Once changed, the new contact works for signing in and for receiving codes.

Operator phone and email are managed by the owning main account; those fields are read-only on the operator's profile.

Changing the password

A password change needs the current password plus a verification code. The code goes to the main account's phone, or to the email if no phone is on file; operators use the contact of the main account they belong to.

Changing the password revokes every session of that account, including the device you are on, so you must sign in again with the new password. That is deliberate: if a password leaks, changing it kicks every session out.

Interface language

The language selector in the top bar offers six languages: 简体中文, English, 한국어, Português (Brasil), Español and 日本語. Switching is instant and remembered.

Language is per user. Agents on the same account can each use their own, and system text such as to-do reasons and rule names is rendered in the reader's language.
