One-click translation
Translate the buyer's words into your language and your reply into theirs. Translation is entirely free: it consumes no credit and never appears in the cost report.
How to use it
- To understand the buyer: click translate on an incoming bubble and the translation expands under the original;
- Before you send: write in your own language, click the translate button in the toolbar, and your draft is turned into the buyer's language for you to confirm.
The result is an editable draft. Give it a quick read before sending, especially sentences with sizes, model numbers or amounts.
Billing
Translation is not billed: no credit deducted, and nothing in the cost report or the ledger.
This differs from AI replies, which are billed by actual usage.
