Tracking balance and spend
Sidebar · Credits and billing
- Available balance — the headline card, with cumulative bonus, top-ups and spend underneath;
- This month and last 30 days spend — two comparison cards;
- Cost report — a trend chart and a share breakdown, switchable by agent or by shop, over the last 7 / 30 / 90 days;
- Detail table — which agent used which model, call count, input and output tokens, and cost;
- Credit ledger — time, type, amount, resulting balance and remark for every movement.
This page is visible to the main account only; operators have no such entry.
PIX top-up
- On the credits page click PIX top-up;
- Enter the amount, the payer name and the CPF / CNPJ (must match whoever actually pays);
- Generate the charge: a QR code and a copy-and-paste code appear;
- Pay from your banking app by scanning the QR or pasting the code;
- Once settled, credit is added automatically, the page confirms, and the ledger records the top-up.
The QR code expires. If it does, generate a new one — do not pay with the old code.
If you have paid but the page has not confirmed yet, do not pay again: click refresh and wait. Payment provider callbacks are sometimes delayed, and the system handles each charge idempotently — it will neither double-credit nor lose your payment.
What happens when credit runs out
- AI replies stop, and a balance notice appears at the top of the workbench;
- Conversations left unanswered go into the to-do queue so a human picks them up — nothing disappears silently;
- Messaging, translation, welcome messages and timeout replies keep working, since none of them were ever billed.
