Quick replies
Store the phrases you use most and send them in one click. There are two libraries — personal and team — and each phrase can be limited to certain shops.
Using them while replying
Click Quick replies in the chat toolbar and type to search. Click an entry to send it right away, or insert it into the message box to edit first.
The panel has a Personal tab (only you see it) and a Team tab (shared across the whole account).
Managing the library
On this page you create, edit and delete phrases. Each one can carry a list of applicable shops:
- Empty = all shops, available in any conversation;
- With shops selected, the phrase only appears in conversations belonging to those shops.
Return policies and free-shipping thresholds differ from site to site. Binding phrases to shops keeps an agent from quoting the Brazilian shipping rule to a buyer on another marketplace.
Only the main account can edit team phrases; operators can see and use them, but the page is read-only. Personal phrases are each user's own.
