A tour of the interface
One minute to recognize everything: top bar, sidebar, the workbench tabs, and the Assistant flyout menu.
Top bar
The dark blue strip at the top holds, left to right: the brand, the Help Center link, the interface language selector and the account menu.
- Help Center: opens this manual;
- Language: 简体中文 / English / 한국어 / Português (Brasil) / Español / 日本語 — switching is instant and remembered;
- Account menu: shows your account number and role, and links to Profile and sign-out.

The four workbench tabs
Inside Workbench there is a row of tabs. They are all ways of looking at platform data for one shop:
- Conversations — day-to-day reception;
- Products — live product lookup (details);
- Orders — live order, finance and logistics lookup (details);
- To-do — the queue of conversations that need a human, with an open-count badge (details).
The to-do badge refreshes every 30 seconds, so you notice new items while sitting on Conversations, Products or Orders.
The Assistant flyout
Assistant is not a page but a multi-level flyout menu that opens beside the sidebar:
Assistant›Basic reception›Quick replies / Welcome message / Timeout reply / Follow invite / To-do
Each third-level item opens its own settings page. Items marked coming soon are planned but not released.
